It was in Finland they had met,
Jordin Post (Juventa) and Luke Shipstad (1/2 of Suspect 44). They had come together to form the group KUURO (also means deaf in Finnish).
"Jordin where do we go from here?" asks Luke.
Jordin remained silent for a moment and then spoke.
"Grab my cloak."
Luke gets up and grabs Jordin's black cloak. Luke also grabs his, just in case. Jordin and Luke put on their dark cloaks and flipped up their hoods to conceal their faces.
"Let us travel to Asia to find inspiration of sounds we can use in our music." Luke nodded as they both exited their studio.
Luke and Jordin sat down in a Japanese theater their hoods still over their heads to conceal their faces. Luke leaned over to Jordin.
"Why exactly do we need to be here?" he whispered.
"I told you, were here to find inspiration."
The crowd fell silent as the curtains came up. On the stage was a Japanese girl holding what looked like a Shamisen (an Asian stringed instrument). Luke and Jordin watched as the girl performed very beautifully on her Shamisen. However, Jordin and Luke had a taste for heavy bass music, they don't have taste for elegance.
After the performance was over, Luke and Jordin got up from their seats and left the theater, but then Luke suddenly grabbed Jordin before they could walk out the door. "Look!" Luke was pointing in the direction to where the backstage of the theater was. Jordin looked very puzzled.
"What's so special about the backstage?"
"Wanna find out?" Luke asked.
Jordin thought for a moment and then nodded to Luke. They both walked back into the theater and opened the backstage door.
What Luke and Jordin found was not what they expected. They looked at each other then back at what they were seeing. It looked like they were in a different world. there was an archway in front of them. They walked through the archway and across a bridge. Luke looked down as they were walking then back. The bridge had torches light up when they were walking.
Both of them fell silent...
